Self-care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity and it’s is important for maintaining balance and well-being all the time, every minute of every day. After the break, I have two things you can do to take better care of yourself.
High-Speed polarizing change is everywhere in the world today and it drains our energy and produces stress. It’s high time to take care of yourself, to stop the energy drain and renew your resilience, moment by moment. Conventional Self-Care is often defined as eating healthy foods, treating yourself to something new, maybe relaxing on an extended weekend get-away. These are all good points.
Here’s my first additional self-care tip: One of the most intelligent acts of Self-Care is Forgiveness. Forgive people and forgive situations. Move forward without carrying old emotional luggage. When we hold grudges and resentments, our energy is drained, our joy is clouded, and our health is compromised. Holding onto resentment is like drinking poison and expecting somebody else to die.
Here’s my final Self-Care Tip: Appreciate yourself with Genuine Gratitude. Be as compassionate with yourself as you are with others. We easily comfort and encourage other people. Remember to comfort and encourage yourself; it’s an act of heart intelligence which helps us re-balance our system quickly. Self-Compassion means love and care for ourselves that supports and regenerates our system. Self-compassion opens our heart to intuitive solutions for the best ways to handle life’s situations. Self-compassion is one of the purest human emotions and qualities of the heart. It provides a regenerative energy that serves as a tonic for our cells and our overall operating system.
